So it might sound a bit extreme, but when you think about it, it makes sense. Like many women you probably have brought the same bra size for years because you were fitted when you were in your 20's and have now developed a love/hate relationship with your bra. Common scenarios are fighting with your straps because they keep slipping off your shoulder, wires digging in on the side, the back riding up, and the dreaded saggy boob look. Lets face it your bust does change even if you don't seem to notice.
A bra fitting only takes 5minutes and can fix all of this and more. Bra fittings have come a long way; the bra lady is not as scary as she was when you had your first bra fitting. Today most fitters even allow you to keep your clothes on to make the total experience less daunting. A special tape measure is used to measure your under bust and bust to see what size you should be in. Remember this is only a sizing guide so the fitter may get you a few sizes to see which on fits best. However, please make sure the lady that is fitting you is trained (I can't stress this enough!!! We have had ladies that claim to have been professionally fitted at another store, and end up with bruises because the bra was the wrong size!) I suggest going to a specialty boutique as these stores always have a trained fitter on hand and offer a personalised service. (Oh and they won't forget about you in the change room!!!)
Once you are fitted correctly you will instantly discover that you now have a waist, your breasts are up where they should, the straps will sit comfortably on your shoulders, the back will sit perfectly without any back cleavage. You will instantly look slimmer because now that your breasts are up where they should be, the rest of your body is defined. Your outerwear will sit so much better and your shirt buttons won't be bursting at the seams. And most of all your self confidence will be through the roof!!!
So who wouldn't want to look like they have lost 5kg, have a well defined body, and their clothes looking fabulous all in five minutes!!! And ladies when you feel gorgeous everyone notices! What more could you want! So get yourself to your nearest boutique lingerie store and get fitted.
